From the front, the property blends into the tree-lined neighborhood. The back suite opens onto the garden. We’ve kept exterior finishes warm (wood, stucco, greenery) so it feels inviting rather than “rental.” Nighttime lighting accentuates walkways and creates a safe, mellow glow.

Walk or bike to Venice Beach, the beach path, trendy shops, cafés, and Venice canals. You’re just minutes from Abbot Kinney, the boardwalk, and Santa Monica. Public transport, bike lanes, and local amenities are all nearby — ideal for a beach-based stay with city convenience.
